7. The Witch King Of Angmar

During the time period in which the game is set, the Witch King and the rest of the Nazgul are still licking their wounds in the shadows from being trounced by the last alliance of Men and Elves. Considering the games title, those very shadows are clearly the setting and an encounter with the leader of the Nazgul would not go amiss. Obviously canon says Talion will not kill the Witch King here (nor can he considering the 'no man will harm him' prophecy) but it would make for an eventful boss fight. The Witch King's inclusion here could shed some light on Talion's own nature and the big mystery surrounding the identity of the wraith who gives him his powers.
