Middle-Earth: Shadow Of Mordor - 10 Characters Who Must Cameo
5. Legolas
Another opportunity for a boss fight that would make a nice change from dicing countless orcs, we can't imagine the hardline elf warrior Legolas is at this point in the timeline would appreciate the half human half Wraith Talion just on basic principle. It'd be easy to write in a reason for Legolas being there, it's clear from the events of The Hobbit onwards that the Elves sense something wrong, that Sauron is slowly returning. Legolas could easily be the leader of an elvish scouting party sent to check exactly what's going down in Mordor. His whole party could be attacked and slaughtered by any of the games antagonists leaving Legolas alone and very defensive. Cue Talion's entry and Legolas' understandable hostility at this man who seems more like a wraith. The two would have to come to some sort of understanding by the end of the fight, but it would be a nice nod to the larger canon and help frame the events within it.
