Minecraft: 7 Terrifying Moments New Players Must Endure
5. Gravity Falls
Minecraft’s intuitive game play and trial by error mechanics allow new players to learn the tricks of the pixelated trade in no time. Either by creating useful tools or building towering monuments in your front yard, the limits are set by your own creativity and imagination.
However, as your skills and confidence increase, so does your propensity to climb new heights and take unnecessary risks. When you first start your adventure (or even if you a veteran player), you’re gonna fall and die every now and then. And that suuuucks.
Heck, even when you climb up the mountains to tame llamas, you’re at risk of making a short jump and falling to your certain death. When this happens, all the hard earned XP points and cherished inventory are scattered in the spot where the player last died, so you have to travel back to that location if you want to recover some of that stuff.
In Minecraft, as in real life, you shouldn’t be hasty when trying to reach goals. Of course we all want a magnificent golden palace built between fluffy clouds (I want it now!), but one of the most important requirements to achieve prosperity is to guarantee safety.
