Mortal Kombat 1: Every Character Ranked Worst To Best

Since her inception, Mileena has been a heavy-hitter. Because of her speed, relentless kombos, and teleportation skills, it's easy for the fanged warrior to overpower her prey.

With that said, Mileena has taken a step back in her latest outing. Though the team behind MK1 put immense effort in her characterisation, Mileena isn't dominating in battle the way she usually does.

In each fight, kombatants have a Move Meter that governs how often they can perform powerful attacks. Even though Mileena has a selection of solid kombos and Specials, they tend to eat up one or two bars of her Meter, preventing her from using them consistently.

Mileena still has her usual bag of tricks, including the Sai Throw, Ground Roll, and two types of Teleport Kick. Despite the fact these moves are blindingly fast, they don't hit as hard as they look.

Although it's great to see Mileena being turned into a more three-dimensional character, it's a shame her fighting prowess has been nerfed.
