Jason Todd was Batman's second Robin until he was brutally murdered by Joker. Some reality-warping and a dip in the Lazarus Pit later, Jason Todd is revived and wages a brutal campaign against criminals.
Red Hood, like all Batman protégés, has many of the same abilities as Bruce Wayne. Jason Todd is an expert hand-to-hand combatant, skilled strategist and one of the best marksmen in the DC Universe, utilizing all kinds of gadgets and weaponry. The character has more than enough to hold his own as a MK guest character.
The Hood is a unique figure among Wayne and his wards as he is willing to cross lines no other will. The character's embrace of the savage and the brutal makes him the only member of the Bat family that can be placed with the MK franchise without compromising his character.
