Kobe Bryant only has a few more years left in the NBA. After an injury riddled season last year that he wants to forget about it, Bryant returns to the Lakers for at least two more years. He's in his 19th season and he has two years left on a deal that will pay him about $27.8M this year and $30.4M next year. While $58 M in salary over two years seems like a lot, Lakers fans will tell you that he's earned every dollar he's made in his career as a five-time NBA Champion. Will Bryant get a sixth NBA Championship ring to tie the man he's most compared to, Michael Jordan? Probably not this year. The Lakers may not even be a playoff team in a very difficult Western Conference although if Bryant is healthy then they could surprise some people. Basketball fans know that the 36 year old Bryant is in the twilight of his career. Whether he plays just two more years or more than that, the end is near. As gamers, we need to enjoy the chance to utilize him when we play NBA 2K15 because in a few years he's only going to be available on retro Lakers teams from over a decade ago. Legends don't last forever. Not even Kobe Bryant.
