Another huge offseason inclusion is the new Summer League. NBA 2K16 actually boasts two separate offseason programs: a faithful creation of the real-life Samsung NBA Summer League, and their own 2K Summer League. Your team will receive an invite to one of these at the beginning of each year. The Summer League represents a great way to try out new draft picks, give undrafted players a chance to shine, and even trial some ageing free agents. The offseason will be capped off by the 2K Hoops Summit, a one-off game pitting the best of next year's draft class against one another, in a USA vs Rest of the World format.
