NBA 2K17: 8 Most Frustrating Things In MyGM
6. Player Conflicts
Another example. In free agency I got lucky and signed Al Horford. My frontcourt of Whiteside, Horford and Simmons - more on the last one in a minute - was looking really promising: Whiteside is a defensive specialist, Horford is great on offense and Simmons is a point guard in a forward's body. This should be fun - I thought.
It wasn't. Simmons was always injured, but OK, stuff like that hapens. But Whiteside and Horford clashed constantly over touches. Really? Both scored according to their previous points per game averages, but Whiteside demanded a trade three times during the season, and when he went down with a season-ending injury... Horford demanded more shots and then a trade.
Really 2K Sports? Really? The two are a match made in heaven and instead you went and dragged me through executive hell.
The series is known for its realism and attention to detail, and I know it's just AI trying to make things interesting, but this was just awful and untrue.
