3. Pack And Playoff Mode
Pack and playoff mode is a brand new offering in 2K18, giving gamers the chance to randomly draft a team of five players from a selection of packs. In each pack players select two players to be revealed, before settling on one of those players for their line-up.
It's an exciting twist and an excellent addition to the game, pitting gamers in an online tournament mode where progression is rewarded with different and enticing new additions to your collection.
Winning each round offers players the chance to either stick with their five, or get rid of some cards and risk either getting an upgrade, or pulling a dud for the next round.
The online mode needed some renovation this year, and this is an excellent addition to proceedings in 2K18.
