Netflix's Castlevania Season 2: 10 Things That Must Happen

7. Double Down On The Violence...

Castlevania Trevor Belmont
Netflix

As is to be expected from an adult-oriented adaptation of Castlevania, Netflix's series sure wasn't shy about bringing the blood, gore, and mayhem to the table. But, as they say, there's always room for more.

Again, due to the first season's short runtime, there wasn't a whole lot of room for some truly intense actions scenes between the necessary exposition. Make no mistake, there were plenty. Trevor's bar brawl was a lot of fun, him fighting the priests in the alley was short but sweet, and the cyclops fight was absolutely fantastic, and the various sieges on Gresit were unadulterated carnage. However, even so, each action sequence did come off as a bit short to coincide with the time constraints.

Thanks to season two being twice as long as its predecessor, Netflix will have plenty of time to really bring the chaos fans are here for the second time around. Longer, more intricate action sequences, potentially even ones that span multiple episodes, are a very distinct possibly in Castlevania's season two, and they would be very much welcomed.
