Nintendo Switch: 10 Obvious Flaws That Need Fixing

6. Button Remapping

Some of us are extremely lucky to own more than one current-gen videogame console. The bourgeois amongst us that have enough disposable cash to invest in both a Nintendo Switch and either a PS4 or an Xbox One have run into what can only be considered the epitome of first world problems.

The PS4/Xbox One and the Nintendo Switch... don't have similar button layouts! The humanity! Now, yes, in the grand scheme of things - who really cares? The buttons are different, whoopty-do. The buttons are different on the Xbox One and the PS4 too, you don't hear anyone complaining about that.

The annoying thing about the Switch is that the placement of it's "A" button, used for confirming something on the home screen or confirming a dialogue prompt in a game, is in the same place the Circle and B are on the PS4 and Xbox One respectively.

When spending a long time playing one console and switching to the other, this can often lead to a case of brain-fart in which your monkey brain tells you the wrong input for the controller you're currently using. Button mapping would immediately fix this issue.

Won't anyone think of the rich?
