PlayStation 4: 5 Reasons Why You Should Be Disappointed With The Launch

3. Will It Be Out In All Territories In 2013?

ps4release "When is the PlayStation 4 coming out?" We hear you ask. Well, thanks largely to some fairly downright odd marketing on Sony's behalf, we actually have no idea. After the long-winded presentation had drawn to a close and the journalists and cameramen had stood up from their seats, the overhead screen on stage declared: "Coming Holiday 2013". Where? Japan? The US? Europe? It simply didn't clarify. Prior to the unveiling, many had speculated that the new console wouldn't hit European shores until early 2014, whilst it would be made available in Japan and the US by Christmas this year. This should have been one of the main topics for Sony to address, but instead, they inexplicably gave us the vaguest term possible. Are we to assume it will be made available worldwide at Christmas 2013? We can hope, but it's not likely and any hopes could be dashed because Sony weren't specific enough, so we're not getting too carried away with ourselves.
