We couldn't have a list of Playstation games without mentioning the orange, denim-clad, Wumpa fruit-eating, body-slamming marsupial mad man more commonly known as Crash. Crash was a humble creature until Dr. Neo Cortex tried to convert him to a super powerful animal for his evil plans. Luckily for Crash, Cortex's machine failed and he managed to escape. Crash and his significantly smarter sister Coco then spend the next three games tracking down Cortex and defeating him after a series of gruelling trials, which include collecting crystals, gems, relics and a massive amount of Wumpa fruit. The original three platform games, released in 1996, 1997 and 1998 respectively, were amazing and still stand as some of the best games I have ever played. They combine simple storylines with a fun original character and provide some of the most iconic platforming genre moments. Forced to pick my favourite Crash game, it would have to narrowly go to Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped. Crash 3 took me the longest to complete as it had the largest after-game period compared to the other two, what with the relic and gem collection plots. Crash Bandicoot was - and still is for me - one of the best game franchises of all-time, and remains an essential play for everyone. So there completes my list of the games you must revisit when Playstation Now goes live. Of course, there are 100s of games which you might have included, so please leave a comment below with your own personal favourites and get talking about the games from your past which shaped your childhood.
