Pokémon: Ranking Every Gen 2 Video Game
13. Pichu Bros. Mini
Pichu Bros. mini is essentially a sequel to the awful Pokémon Party Mini. The mini-games included are slightly better than those offered in Pokémon Party Mini - although seeing that the game is in Japanese it will be much harder to play.
The mini-games are as follows.
In Skateboard Pichu you play as a skating Pichu. Who would have thought? When they reach an obstacle you need to shake the Pokémon Mini to make them jump. It's playable.
The Magby game is alright. You're given a timer, and you have to press the A button when it hits 0 but the timer will disappear after a while. That might not sound like fun but when playing Pichu Bros. Mini you take what you can get.
Hoppip Jump is a return to god-awfulness. You have to press a button to see Hoppip jump. The Teddiursa game is awful. You shake the device to get Teddiursa to eat fruit. That's it.
The Smoochum game is just a bit weird. You must press the correct buttons to get a Smoochum to kiss a bunch of Digletts. Finally, the Cubone game is a multiplayer experience about throwing a bone at another player.
This game alongside Pokémon Party Mini are some of the worst Pokémon games ever made.
