PS4: 9 Big Changes PlayStation Plus Desperately Needs

1. Better Security & Server Stability

In recent years Sony have had their name dragged through the digital mud, as following the major hack of 2011 that resulted in tens of thousands of accounts having their information shared unwillingly to God knows who, they've never really fully recovered. 'Down for maintenance' is a regular occurrence, the resulting state the service emerges in seeing no discernible difference, and although server maintenance is just something that must be done to blow the cobwebs off every now and then, Sony have resorted to taking the PSN offline altogether far too many times. This wouldn't be so bad if we weren't paying for the privilege. Until January 2016, Xbox Live was the shining example of how to run an online service and keep it ticking over like a well-oiled machine - that was certainly the case across the PS3/360 generation, anyway. Due to so many different factors that make up the 'PlayStation Plus experience' from cloud storage to party chats, downloadable games and of course, stress-heavy online play, it almost always feels like the servers are just hanging on by a thread, resulting in constant maintenance announcements that don't exactly do wonders for consumer faith. What would you to make PlayStation Plus better, or are you happy with it right now? Let us know in the comments!
