Rainbow Six Siege: 10 Glaring Problems Ubisoft Still Haven't Fixed

If Clash is number one in the queue for a rework in Rainbow Six Siege then Blackbeard should be a close second. This will likely irk some diehard Blackbeard mains, but the vast majority are likely to agree as the basis of the operator flies in the face of one of the relatively realistic shooter's main premises.

Siege tries to remain somewhat realistic by allowing players to instantaneously eliminate their foes with a headshot, meaning that a gunfight can be decided with only one pull of the trigger. Therefore, for a game where headshots are so pivotal, it feels cheap that there is an operator that has a gadget allowing him to prevent a headshot from ending his round early.

While this has improved since release by reducing his shield health from a ridiculous 800 hit points to 80, this still allows the operator to survive at least one headshot. This feels incredibly cheap when coupled with the fact that Blackbeard is still able to fire his primary weapon while avoiding at least one headshot from his adversary.

For this reason Ubisoft should take a serious look at Blackbeard as one of the next operators to rework in order to make Siege feel more balanced and fair.
