Rainbow Six: Siege - 10 Things It'll Do Better Than Call Of Duty
6. Character Customisation
One of the greatest additions to the franchise the Vegas entries made - online character customisation forms a key component of Rainbow's single and multiplayer package. Though there appear to be class restrictions in the upcoming release (each with their own pros and cons), both Vegas 1 and 2 allowed players an unlimited selection of armour, equipment and weaponry to take into battle - each with their own trade-offs. For instance, if one player wished to absorb a lot of damage in order to take down more enemies, they could equip lots of heavy armour at the expense of slower movement. Likewise, if one wished to remain light on their feet in order to escape ambushes and grenades, they'd be able to absorb less punishment than their more heavily armoured counterparts. Ubisoft have so far given us a taste of just a few of Siege's classes, but it goes without saying that come its release players will have a lot to mess around with in terms of character traits and customisation. No confirmation on whether this will be making a return though:
