29. The Man On Fire - Hospital (MGS V)

MGS V kicks off in jaw-dropping fashion with its stomach-knottingly tense, hour-long prologue, which concludes with Snake and Ishmael facing off against the mysterious supernatural entity known as the Man on Fire. After fleeing from him in the Cyprus hospital, he catches up to Snake as he's rescued from a car wreck by Ocelot. Riding shotgun on Ocelot's horse, what follows is a 2-minute scripted sequence in which the player has to use a shotgun to fend off the Man on Fire, who is on a flaming horse with a young Psycho Mantis. Like many significant fights in MGS V it's incredibly easy, but in the moment, it's utterly terrifying and one of the best moments in the entire game.
