32. The Skeleton Lords

They aren't really bad, but they fit the bracket of normal enemies that were turned into bosses. Some of the best bosses in the original game were great because of their impact and how they stood out from normal enemies. But the Skeleton Lords are essentially skeletons that spawn more skeletons when they die. A foolish player might get caught off guard by a huge swarm of skeletons, but beyond that, there isn't really much challenge. There is a small amount of lore behind them, but not enough to bring them to exceptional heights.
