In Development: Untitled VR game (rumored)

Merging the first-party Team Soho and Camden Studio into one entity in 2002, London Studio burst onto the scene with the PS2 gangster series The Getaway. Both installments packed strong cinematic stories and solid action, but due to mixed reviews and a saturated open-world market, demand soon plateaued.

The studio instead swayed its focus on pumping out limitless products for whatever peripheral Sony demanded. They were (the only) ardent supporter of EyeToy, go-to guys for PSP launch titles, and created the family-friendly Singstar franchise with its endless entries.

They have always been hard workers for Sony, if lacking in distinct flavor like the other first-party compatriots. However, this changed last year, as the loyal support for PSVR gave them a chance to create their best game in decades.

Blood and Truth, a full-fledged expansion of London Heist (from PSVR Worlds) and spiritual successor to The Getaway, is a rip-roaring action-adventure set in the London crime world, bringing all the polish and quality of an exclusive Sony release to your headset.

It has put the spotlight back on London Studio as contenders, with the proposition of them becoming a dedicated first-party VR hub, a fantastic matchup for the future.
