2. Spider-Man: Miles Morales

Until the latest PS5 showcase confirmed this was coming to PS4 as well, Miles Morales was the reason to own PS5.

Thankfully, everything Insomniac have shown off looks like the game will be a powerhouse of processing potential. This revamped version of New York comes with all-new ray tracing, increased character model detail, reflections, lighting effects, particle effects and so much more.

Essentially, until we see what the PS4 edition of Miles Morales looks like, it feels as though Insomniac have put their heart and soul into making something that could comfortably shift units.

As for the story, Miles' transformation into the next Spider-Man started at the tail-end of the 2018 game, with Spider-Man's DLCs establishing that he and Peter were training together. Going forward it'll be fascinating to see how Insomniac write a story for two fully capable 'Spider-Men', as Morales' actions in the latest gameplay trailer feel like they put him on par with Parker already.

Also, maybe if we all cross our fingers together, we can will Miles' Into the Spider-Verse costume into existence. Because that has to happen.
