Ranking Every Rockstar Game From Worst To Best

Speaking of being around since the beginning Smuggler's Run 2 came just a year after the original, filling in the most obvious gaps in content left by such an experimental first attempt.

Gone was the threadbare feel of having such arbitrary 'point to point' races and in was far better, doggedly pursuant A.I., more vehicles to hurtle across the various open-world environments and much more level variety. Every single component of the first game was either smoothed over, improved upon or trimmed - this was the experience fans of the first convinced themselves they were playing, and remains a worthwhile Destruction Derby-esque romp if you could even pick it up today.

Smuggler's Run 2 had the unfortunate job of releasing but a week after GTA III, completely obliterating its chances of anybody paying any attention to all those fancy new car physics and that loveably cheesy FMV cutscene tone. A shame, but it was damn fun while it lasted.
