Before the giant let-down that was Pro Skater 5, Robomodo's first attempt at reviving the Pro Skater series was, actually, a pretty good one.

Released in 2012, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD combined some of the best maps, songs, and playable skaters from the first two Pro Skater games (as well as some from Pro Skater 3 in the form of DLC.) And what sets it apart from, say, Pro Skater 2x for instance, is that there were also some brand-new faces, songs, and fun game modes brought into the fold as well.

In addition to being a responsive, well-made nostalgia trip, there's a decent amount of new to go along with the old and keep things interesting. As far as a Pro Skater reboot goes, Pro Skater HD is everything it needed to be and will keep diehards and newcomers alike entertained for hours upon hours.
