Red Dead 3: 7 Reasons We Want It More Than GTA VI

5. Bank Heists In The Old West NEED To Be Done

So what kind of new missions should the next Red Dead have? Why bank heists, of course. What was arguably the best new feature of GTA V would be right at home in the Old West which, if about 90% of all western movies ever made are to be believed, was a veritable paradise for bank robbers. Red Dead 3 should allow you to rob banks in all manner of old-school ways, such as the ol' dynamite round the back of the building, the classic going in all guns-a-blazing through the front, or perhaps the trusty stealthy approach. If the bank has a barred window on the back of it (or is that only jails?), then you could even tie the back of a horse-wagon to the bars, then fire your gun in the air and watch them tear the wall down. Naturally, you'd be able to hire a posse for the job, which you'd be able to track down members for using 'Dead or Alive' posters. Upon finding the perps, you'd have the option to persuade them to join your criminal gang (as well as killing or catching them to claim your reward). Add to that a more elaborate train robbery system (also inspired by GTA V's heists), as well as jailbreak side-missions to recruit posse members, and you have all the tools you need to be a true western outlaw. Suddenly, the idea of more urban bank heists in a prospective GTA VI game - with their cacophany of sirens, automatic weapons and alarms - doesn't sound that appealing, does it?
