7. Cooperative Play

The story of Red Dead Redemption 2 looks set to focus on multiple different characters at once. Why not let other players control them in story missions?

Cooperative play would be an amazing feature to include in Red Dead Redemption 2's single player missions. Having the ability to invite players into your single player world separate from Red Dead Online would be great, but allowing those players to participate in some of the campaign missions would be even better.

Many of the first Red Dead Redemption's best moments came from the set pieces in the single player campaign. Many of the game's missions will feature the presence of several different characters anyway, so why not allow cooperative play within?

Having cooperative play would really blur the lines between Red Dead Online and Red Dead's single player. This is certainly a good thing.
