9. Custom Clothing, Layers & Gameplay Impact

Which brings us to the next point, and that is that clothing actively influences combat.

We'd known for a while now that players would be able to store everything from firearms to hunting materials on their loyal steed, but this is the first time Rockstar have referenced - albeit perhaps tacitly - how clothing factors into gameplay.

In one shot, we can see Arthur Morgan with a new holster across his waist. By his right hip, an engraved revolver is holstered, but across his midriff is another revolver, positioned cooly and waiting to be used.

It's unclear as to what other weapons players will be able to carry on their person (previous gameplay videos had shown Arthur carrying a shotgun Max Payne 3-style), but one would expect them to be able to carry rifles more conveniently with the use of new holsters and straps.
