Sure, her outfit may be wildly impractical for the end of the world, but Li Bingbing's brief portrayal as game series stalwart Ada Wong instantly put her on the map as one of the film’s most memorable additions. Just like we waited and waited for the introduction of Leon, we always knew Ada was out there somewhere kicking zombie ass.

Her relationship with Leon may have been more subtle than the games, but they are the closest thing that the Resident Evil franchise has to a romantic storyline, and I can't wait to see how it plays out in The Final Chapter.

What makes Ada so great was her seamless transition into the films, feeling like she had been there from the begining. Bingbing was so at home in Retribution, it was easy to forget it was her first time as Ada. With a portrayal that was as hot as the bullets she was firing, Ada didn't just blend in as another member of Alice's cause, thrown in to round of the series.

It is no surprise that she will be back in The Final Chapter, and she has some scores to settle. Let's just hope that Ada gets to explore more of her ambiguous anti-hero background and seal the deal with Leon.
