11. Moon's Donuts Loves Cops
Jill Valentine is in ridiculous shape considering her diet. Even without counting the fact that she seemingly pairs pizza with a bowl of soup, the woman eats far too many donuts to look the way she does. There are flyers for the local shop all over her apartment that she's holding onto for the vouchers, some of which she's already used.
I suppose, after sixty years of operation, Moon's Donuts knows their best customers and does what it takes to bring them in. Cops stereotypically love donuts, after all.
That could explain the song on the radio when Jill actually enters Moon's Donuts in Resident Evil 3 then. If it sounds familiar that's because it's the ending theme tune to the original Resident Evil 2 when you complete Leon's B scenario (watch the video and hit 4:15).
We like to think that Leon spent a lot of time in Moon's, dressing all in blue, listening to that radio and imagining when he would be a cop. And now, after living his own late-90s action movie, that theme tune is stuck in his head as he looks forward to taking out Umbrella.
