Ryse: Son Of Rome Review: 5 Reasons It's Hugely Disappointing

2. Yes, There€™s Actually Multiplayer

Header 112 I actually had no idea that Ryse had Multiplayer until popping the disc in and seeing it with my own eyes. There€™s not much to say other than that it€™s a cooperatives mode where two players team up to indulge in more of the same repetitive combat mechanics you€™re undoubtedly already sick to death of, but this time in an arena setting. Nobody will continue playing Ryse for multiplayer because quite frankly, anyone on the planet with a shred of interest in the game isn€™t curious about it. It€™s just simply more of a product that is already bad. The worthless effort that went into tacking on cooperative multiplayer should have went towards, oh I don€™t know, improving upon everything I just complained about. Developers seriously need to wise the hell up and focus on making a great game before expanding the product into supplemental areas. Good games will sell, crap won€™t.
