3. Agents Of Mayhem Cameos
Another positive from Agents Of Mayhem was the cast of characters. Like a Breakfast Club of assassins, the cast takes stock tropes and just builds them up and up and up with bat guano craziness. Though Saint’s Row V will be moving on fresh from Agents Of Mayhem, given that the Boss normally has a large crew, it would be a nice link if some of the Agents popped up too.
The game has been meta and self referential with crew members before, adding Keith David and Rowdy Roddy Piper to the crew previously. Pierce Washington from Saint’s Row was already a playable crew member in AoM, along with Gat & Kinzie DLC.
Adding some Agents would please fans of the spin off with no real negative consequences for those who didn’t like or didn’t play it.
It’s a little difficult to discern fan favourites, given that there aren’t too many fans in any case. The Agents were separated into different trios, with the Franchise Force of Fortune, Hardtack and Hollywood being the opening team. There’s a good chance they could be the ones to cross over, although arguably Daisy, the roller derby queen with a Gatling gun fits the aesthetic more.
