10. Norman Reedus Can Deliver An Intense Performance
It's very hard to imagine Reedus as anyone other than everyone's favourite crossbow-wielding redneck from The Walking Dead. So much so in fact that the vast majority of comments coming out of the Hills reveal were referring to him as 'Daryl' for the duration. As has become evident on the show though Norman has a very dynamic presence, establishing himself as a fan-favourite very early on, even though good deeds were not his forté until further into the second and third seasons. In the P.T. demo it's pretty easy to see that we're playing as Reedus too, as although through playing it seemed to detail a family torn apart by a psychopathic father who brutally murdered his wife, perhaps Reedus plays a part in the investigation - or he could even be a family member. Thanks to The Walking Dead we're yet to see him really flesh his acting muscles outside of a couple of intense scenes where he had to turn on the waterworks, but it gave us a real taste for his potential. The character of Daryl is mostly a calm, collected individual who just rolls with the punches, so it'll definitely be interesting to see what he can bring to the table and if he can get away from being typecast as another man-against-the-world action hero.
