Skyrim Remastered: 10 Crucial Things Fans Need To See

6. Reworked Voice Acting And Additional Dialogue

Skyrim Remastered
Bethesda

"I used to be an adventurer like you, but then--", shut up, shut up, shut uuuuuup (ideally delivered with an Arnie voice).

That meme is long-dead and let's face it, the only reason people took to it in the first place was because it was stupid- a fact emphasised by the fact that Skyrim's weird American-Nordic accents sound more 'Fargo' than faraway fantasy land.

Voice acting has never been the strong point of the Elder Scrolls series, and Skyrim continued in the tradition of keeping it wooden. There's little to no emotion behind anything any NPC says, with vital storyline talk about how you must rise up to fulfil your Dragonborn destiny delivered with the same urgency as a shopkeeper greeting you in his tavern.

It's safe to assume that faces will look better than ever before (hopefully with added expressiveness), so let's have the voice acting and dialogue to match them.

Oh, and those dreadful singers in the inns need to be replaced immediately.
