If you're having to worry about things like body heat and wetness, then you may as well go all-out survivalist and chuck food, water and diseases in there too.

With this mod, food and water become more than just absurd quick-fix ways of regenerating your health, and are key to your survival. Not eating or drinking enough affects your health, stamina and mana regeneration, though you also need to be wary of overdoing it because being a fat glutton will have a detrimental effect on your speed.

Sleep also becomes a factor in this mod, and you'll need to find a nice, clean location to lay your head down every 24 hours or so. Sleep somewhere dirty, and you risk catching one of the several diseases included in this mod (apparently, "dirty bedroll" disease is a thing).

While some diseases can be slept off, others will have an increasingly degenerative impact on your health, so you better deal with them quickly...
