The star of one of Spider-Man's greatest ever comics - Kraven's Last Hunt - Kraven the Hunter is a legendary Spidey adversary and supporting character who's also been a staple of the web-slinger's video games over the last two decades.

Despite Sergei being the subject of more Spidey games than those more potentially overlooked villains, there's no denying he'd be great to see in Insomniac's next Marvel title.

The character has always featured in the more memorable segments of the games he's appeared in (most notably the 2002 Spider-Man movie tie-in), but has yet to really make a splash in any of Spidey's open-world games.

Kraven most recently appeared as a main character in 2014's Amazing Spider-Man 2, but the less said about that title, the better. Either way it would be great to see what Insomniac would do with the character, and how much they would or wouldn't take from the source material when adapting them for their own Spider-Verse.
