3. Vulture

Like Tinkerer earlier on, we already have the benefit of knowing that Vulture will be making an appearance in Spider-Man: Homecoming next year. As I've already talked about what Marvel would have to gain from such duality, let's not retread old ground.

Instead, let's consider what's made Vulture one of the most successful villains in previous Spider-Man games. The airborne approach means that Spidey can face this foe in virtually 360 degree battles. With Vulture flying in and making his assault from the skies, Spider-Man has to use all of his most acrobatic abilities to counter his enemy.

A great Spider-Man game will make good use of all of the hero's powers, and showdowns against a villain like Vulture would certainly allow that. Bringing Adrian Toomes' more recent army of small, birdlike henchmen would give players plenty to do around these showdowns and would keep the action flowing freely across New York's skyline.
