A Daredevil game would be a perfect way to extend the bright, prosperous New York that Insomniac created for Spider-Man into it's more crime-ridden districts, namely the Hell's Kitchen district that the Man Without Fear calls his home.

Combat-wise, Daredevil is perfectly suited to Insomniac owing to his unique acrobatic form that's a mix of a whole host of martial arts. Being trained by Stick could be a perfect analogue to a skill tree, with him deciding to teach the player new combos as and when they become necessary to confront the impending threat of The Hand.

His lawyer background would also be an intriguing change of pace to the athletic beatdowns you'd be administering to Kingpin's thugs as you deter incidental crime in-between missions. Here, players could make use of Matt Murdock's heightened senses to pick up on the heartbeat of a known criminal as they attempted to lie and escape custody.

Daredevil would likely be best suited to a neo-noir style, with most of the action taking place at street level as he confronts the underbelly of Marvel's most damaged or desperate criminals. Cameos or side-missions alongside his fellow Defenders would be a great reward for his best fans too.
