6. Vulture

With Vulture making waves as the main villain of Spider-Man: Homecoming, Marvel will surely want to ensure he appears in the newest game.

That's certainly a good thing. Adrian Toomes is one of the most under-appreciated of Spider-Man's rogues, despite appearing in many different comics and video games.

The best aspect of Vulture is that he provides something that most other Spider-Man villains don't; aerial combat. With Insomniac evidently putting a lot of time and effort into verticality and movement, Vulture should be able to show off the extent of Spider-Man's aerial abilities.

Because of his aerial prowess, Vulture should have one of the most entertaining boss fights in the game. His character may not be as well appreciated as someone like Carnage but he's certainly got the potential for one of the best encounters in the game.
