4. Sandman

Sandman is another iconic Spider-Man villain that was ruined in the transition to film. Perhaps an appearance on the PS4 would revitalise him?

Another (eventual) member of the Sinister Six, Sandman hasn't seen much representation since his appearance in Spider-Man 3. Considering he was the best villain in the whole movie that seems a little unfair. Besides that, he's also one of the most recognisable villains to come from Spider-Man, easily matching Kraven or Doc Ock.

His powers are what make him truly interesting for this game. The power of the PS4 allows for so many different particle effects on screen that having Sandman in the game is a must.

Sandman's ability to control his body and change it into whatever he likes would make for a great boss battle, which has been seen before in Shattered Dimensions. If the battle were to take place in a sandy environment, Sandman could also influence the shape and terrain of the battleground, adding some verticality to the duel.
