Splatoon: 10 Best Multiplayer Maps - Ranked

4. Walleye Warehouse

Despite being one of the more simplistic maps in the Splatoon roster, Walleye Warehouse's size makes for intense and fast-paced battles.

Unlike most other maps on this list, Walleye Warehouse doesn't focus on verticality. It instead focuses on a large middle area and two side platforms. This, combined with the fact that Walleye Warehouse is one of the smallest maps in the game makes for frantic yet focused gameplay, with each team racing to get to the middle. Whilst other areas of the map are also important to conquer, the middle of the warehouse is rightly the focus here.

One of the smarter designs in this map is the inclusion of the walkways up to the side. If players aren't paying attention to the map, enemies can easily take over their territory. This makes observation of the whole map really important.

Because of the short time limit and small map size, Walleye Warehouse ends up being one of the most intense maps in the game.
