Star Trek: 10 Video Games That Would Be Better In A Holodeck

4. Goldeneye 007

Multiplier FPS games are pretty much a no brainer for this list; but which to choose? Halo, Call of Duty, Battlefield, Medal of Honor; they are all great choices. For our money though the choice is Goldeneye 007. Rare's 1997 classic for Nintendo 64 essentially ushered in the era of multiplayer shooters. Many hours were spent in basements gathered around the TV, passing controllers around and getting lost in an experience that was way ahead of its time. Plus, it pre-dated internet connections so you didn't have to deal with trolls and anonymous 12 year old a$$hats. Just imagine actually being behind the Golden Gun though. You've picked it up and are now excitedly hunting down your shipmates through stairways and corridors, knowing one shot is all you need to take them out. The rounds also end quickly allowing you to attempt multiple levels in a session. Good times are to be had by all.
