Star Wars Battlefront 2: 8 Things It Must Learn From Battlefield 1
4. More Weapons & Customisation
One of the worst things Battlefield 1 carried over from the original Battlefront was the latter game's weak selection of weapons.
Instead of the vast arsenal found in the fourth title, the latest Battlefield featured only a couple of guns for each class, bulking up the selection available by severely limiting customisation options and including variants of the same weapon to make it seem like there was more choice than there actually was.
This limited arsenal was one of the main gripes with Battlefront 1 as well, and going into the sequel DICE and EA need to give players more options when it comes to the weapons they'll be brandishing in combat.
While some fans may argue that being able to add red-dot sights and camouflage to classic Star Wars weapons would tarnish the identity of the series, there has to be a way for DICE to give players the variety and the personalisation they need without going against the distinct look of franchise.
