Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League - 10 Things It Must Do
2. Make Each Of The Characters Feel Unique
One of the most seemingly lacklustre features of Square Enix's Avengers game was that its supposedly vastly different characters all felt quite similar, the games original A-Day demo not doing a massive amount to emphasise the different power-sets of the starring heroes.
It is simple - if you are going to feature a bunch of characters with varying abilities, do not make all those abilities feel the same to play.
Furthermore, delivering on the power fantasy of these whimsical comic book characters is so important - to make yet another comparison to Avengers, the Hulk should not need to punch a simple foot soldier four or five times to down them, it makes one of the strongest Marvel heroes feel pathetic.
This would be another reason why avoiding a tiered loot system would be so important.
