Super Smash Bros Wii U And 3DS: 5 Things We Learned At E3
4. Mega Man Is Awesome
Not that Pac-Man is the only surprise addition to the Super Smash Bros fighting roster, as Capcom have also licenced Mega Man to appear in the game. Besides the addition of an Animal Crossing villager, Punch Out's boxing star Little Mac and Pokemon Greninja to the playable characters, Mega Man is the one we're most pumped about. Already announced a while back, E3 has offered the first chance for people to actually play as him, and there have been countless glowing reports sent back. Besides the nostalgic thrill of playing as the side-scrolling hero in glorious HD, Mega Man has been ported over to the Smash Bros universe with all his robot master-earned abilities intact, which means that he isn't just reliant on that impressive hand cannon (which many are comparing to series regular Samus): he's got Cut Man's dangerous scissors that slice through the air and Wood Man's leaf shield as defense, which we promise is way cooler than it sounds. Well, marginally.
