The Big Secret You Missed In GTA 5
1. What Should We Expect To See In GTA VI?
Rockstar recently finally put fans out of their misery by categorically confirming the news everyone assumed to be true anyway - Grand Theft Auto VI is indeed in development.
It goes without saying that we probably won't be seeing the game until late 2023 or 2024, but now that it's 100% "real," fans are aflutter wondering what it might look like.
Where will GTA VI be set? Will it repeat the previous game's multi-protagonist gimmick? And most importantly, will it let us chew on some more peyote plants and turn into animals again? Will Bigfoot be playable this time? What about his own family? Bigfoot's gotta have a wife or husband, right?
The fact that Rockstar repeated the secret animal feature in Red Dead Online at least suggests they're not fed up with it yet, and if they can find the time to expand upon it with an even wider array of animals in GTA VI, it could become a genuinely brilliant animal simulator in its own right.
But it remains to be seen of course, and given the secrecy of the feature in both GTA V and Red Dead Online, we likely won't know if it made the cut for sure until we're playing GTA VI for ourselves.
Until then, savour the fact that this bonkers-ass secret exists at all, and that almost a decade on so many players still don't know about it. But you, consider yourself enlightened.
