The Division: 10 Ways You’re Playing It Wrong
3. You're Not Revisiting Old Ground
The Division is a pretty sizeable game in it's most basic form, but there's even more longevity in the fact that you can replay the main missions whenever you choose. This is worth more than just staving off boredom, too, as beating them again can yield some useful rewards.
You won't get a wad of experience for completing the thing again, but you will get experience for defeating enemies and for the various head-shot or multi kill bonuses. You'll also be able to pick up new weapons and extra materials in all of the usual ways.
Ramp the difficulty up on a replay, however, and you'll find the ultimate rewards at the end of the stage are much better as well. And since each stage tells you what type of reward you'll get at the outset (weapon, gear, blueprint etc), you can pick and choose when to beat them based on what items you're searching for at any given time.
