The Division: 11 Things That Must Be Fixed

1. That Damn Single Laptop

And finally, a bugbear that will likely have annoyed anyone who tried to activate their agent status on launch day: every player has to try and activate themselves on the same goddamn laptop, resulting in a mass of dozens of people all trying to activate the same button prompt, causing the game to glitch out and refuse to let anyone actually do it. This has led to a spate of scenes like the above, where even the unruly denizens of the Internet form orderly queues in the hope that everyone can actually have a turn and get their character activated. That Ubisoft didn't foresee this problem in testing nor have four or five laptops in the building to prevent it is a huge oversight, and extremely frustrating if you're not sharing the room with players as polite as this. If you do get stuck on verification, the best thing you can do is just go do something else and come back a little later, as eventually, you'll find a gap in all the madness to quickly verify yourself unimpeded.
