If you've put more than a few hours into the game so far, you'll probably have noticed that there's really not much variety to the enemies at all. You'll most commonly face off against hooded assailants on the streets, during missions you'll have the flamethrower-wielding Cleaners to fight, and then of course you'll end up with the hulking elites near the end of these missions. There's not much more to the game's NPCs than this, which again just feels like desperate corner-cutting, especially when you consider how little variety there is within these different enemy types. Granted, MMORPGs typically pride themselves on identical enemies, but they also tend to have a far greater number of enemy types in the first place: here there's just not enough to sustain a game this big.
