The Division 2 Review: 10 Ups & 4 Downs

2. Endgame Content Is Encouraging (So Far)

We'll keep specifics to a minimum here, but having spent a few hours with The Division 2's endgame content, it seems like Massive has endeavoured to learn lessons from the first game's much-complained about post-game.

While the original was massively lacking in post-story content on launch day, this sequel touts a significant overhaul of the game world once you've beaten the level 30 mission, offering a huge degree of challenge as players inevitably pursue shinier and shinier loot.

It's of course early days in the game's life at the moment, so it's a loop which could become tiresome.

But with three free story DLCs being released later this year - including one set inside the Pentagon - not to mention 8-player Raids, it feels like The Division 2's going to have a far less-troubled post-game life than its predecessor.
