The most obvious one - but the point that if it wasn't included would be the first thing to shoot up in the comments below; the occasionally very spotty final states Bethesda release their games in. Many fans have just accepted this as par for the backwards dragon-flying course, saying it gives the team's games a sense of individuality and character - although even when reading that you can sense a certain stench of bullsh... hokum. The fact of the matter is sure, character model-based glitches where goats fly off into the distance and quest-givers get stuck in the floor are always hilarious, but when your save file increases in size to the point where it won't load or a certain person you're escorting refuses to move with you - it's genuinely game-breaking. In a world the size of whatever TES VI turns out to be it's more than understandable that when it's given to tens of thousands of players they're going to discover things the team just didn't have the manpower to find, but things like main characters remaining in one place and save states being reliable is some EA's Battlefield-level of nonsense Bethesda can hopefully steer well clear of.
