The Last Of Us 3: 10 Things We DON'T Want To See
7. The Jackson County Community Staying Intact
Between the debut and the sequel, the Jackson County Community has come a long way under the guidance of Maria and Tommy.
From a plant struggling to fend off bandits to a thriving community with great defences and skilful inhabitants, there are few better places to hole up during the end of the world.
When we first meet the WLF and they find the community, Abby initially hints at entering Jackson quietly to find Joel, and it was a little underwhelming that events boiled down to a confrontation in an isolated house as opposed to sneaking through the possibly packed streets.
As previously mentioned, the community has been attacked by raiders before, and nothing sparks anger like an assault on your own home. If a group could attack in force, whether that be the WLF with their enormous numbers or a brand new group, a larger-scale war could up the stakes in what could be the final part of a trilogy.
This would also be in-keeping with their narrative style surrounding the complications of revenge.
